Our customers minimum order quantity is 100, we are a real factory, there is a minimum order quantity!
We are a real factory and we will offer fast turnaround for our customers.
The typical custom plush project takes 3 to 4 months to complete. But we can offer 7-10 days for sample time and 15-20 days for production. Standard sea shipping is about 25-30 days.
Also, we can accommodate rush orders as quickly as 20-30 days for all processes production. To achieve this, we will need you to approve the prototype via email photos only. We will also need to air freight your plush items as opposed to sea freight.
Yes. We can add your custom logo in a variety of different ways, including silk screening, direct embroidery, adding your own hang tags, and personalizing the logo label that is sewn on each plush toy.
No problem! We can pack your plushies any way you need, including individual poly bags, special cloth bags, fixed quantity per box, defined box sizes and so on. Just please let us know what you need!
We can do that for you! Collect your clients' addresses and tell us, and we'll take care of the rest. No more manually stocking, opening, repackaging and mailing by your team.
Most custom plush toys are washable but it’s best to spot clean and then let it air dry.
